We do not offer a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind.
Refunds are only accepted for faulty products or damage in transit. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please inspect all items upon receipt and take photos of any items you intend to request a refund for. We often request a photo for inspection.
Refunds are offered up to and including 14 days from date of purchase.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please do not mail your purchase back to us unless we specifically request it.
Your refund will be processed as soon as possible. If you haven’t received a refund within 10-14 days, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is processed by them.
